Returns are allowed if requested within 14 calendar days of order delivery. We will use the shipping carriers tracking information to identify the delivery date. All returned items must have all the original packaging material intact.
In order to do a return, please send an email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization. Items sent without a Return Merchandise Authorization will not be processed for refunds. It is strongly recommended to send returns using a tracking number to avoid lost packages. We will not be responsible for items that cannot be located and that do not have tracking information. Please include the following information in your email while requesting Return Merchandise Authorization –

- Date ordered
- Item to be returned
- Reason for return
We will process your request within 2-3 business days and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
No request for refunds will be entertained after 14 days of ‘Delivery date’. It can take up to 2 weeks to process a refund and for the credit to get reflected on your credit card.
